The Complete Weight Loss Program
(12 sessions of 90 minutes)
This program encourages taking responsibility towards our weight problem and changing our lifestyle. This program, originally founded at the Montreal General Hospital, is based on a multi-disciplinary approach that incorporates the physiological, psychological and social aspects of weight control. The program represents the end of the never-ending yo-yo cycle. It is also destined for all those people who suffer obsessively with being thin and those who have a real problem with their weight. This innovative program places emphasis in the deep awareness on the profound role that nutrition plays in our daily lives. Although, the nutritional aspect is carefully examined, the program does not promote any particular diet.
