The studio space at PsySanté offers the opportunity to experience a small group setting, where the instructor can pay highly individualized attention to each participant.

Lynn Wachman studied Hatha Yoga (Iyengar based) with Herve Blondon at Ecole Yoga Satyam and is a certified Yoga instructor. Lynn is also a registered nurse and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing.
Lynn has dealt with significant health challenges, and has practiced yoga fervently in an attempt to improve her energy levels as well as her physical, mental and emotional well-being. This experience inspired her to become a certified yoga instructor and share with others her knowledge to help improve their quality of life.
Lynn offers group and private yoga classes and has experience teaching teens, adults, seniors as well as individuals with chronic illnesses.
