This workshop has been designed to assist people who have become aware of the energy body as part of the whole human being. Through interactive exercises you will learn how to connect to the Source of love and peace to help keep your energy body clear, centered and grounded. This innovative program focuses on developing leadership qualities and skills in teenage girls ages 13-17. With confidence-building and discovering oneself as its root goals, FLY-W offers girls a safe environment to share, learn, and grow while at the same time meeting great friends and having lots of fun! Each session will focus on different topics such as health & wellness, self-esteem, relationships, and finding inner strength and happiness through the transition from girlhood to becoming young women. Participants will partake in fun, creative activities and open discussions aimed at developing confidence, finding healthy approaches and solutions to life's struggles, and uncovering a sense of self that is strong and joyful. In this day and age when life can be so complex and confusing for teenage girls, FLY-W offers a unique opportunity for growth in a relaxed and supportive environment.
FLY-W is organized and facilitated by youth therapist Melissa Trottier, M.A.
