Rose's life journey and zest for life has allowed her to discover that there are no limits to what you can accomplish. She has had the privilege of inspiring and helping others to believe in themselves and to go beyond their fears and doubts. She has run half-marathons, went sky-diving, taken on a new career, started a walking group and is in the process of writing a book about her journey. She has been interviewed by Radio-Canada in Montreal and CBC radio Calgary.
Rose is a passionate person who likes to savour all that life has to offer. She has a wonderful family, circle of friends and colleagues who touch and inspire her every day. She likes living life through a learning framework and thrives by discovering things about herself and the world around her and sharing that with others. She enjoys trail running and walking and practices yoga and meditation.

Rose draws on her own personal and professional experience and uses a motivational coaching approach. When you consult Rose, you participate in a process of learning, not only about resources and tools, but also about yourself and how to use all three to create the life you want for yourself. She assists and supports you while you become aware of and make choices toward a more successful existence. Whether you're struggling with weight management issues or caring for a loved one, Rose's compassionate and professional approach accompanies you on your journey to achieve a healthy balance of mind, body and spirit leading to an overall sense of well-being.
Following a telephone conversation, Rose schedules an appointment with you whereby an assessment of your needs is done and a plan developed in collaboration with you. She then uses a combination of visits and telephone follow-up to support you in achieving your goals.
For weight management, Rose uses a non-diet mindful living approach taking into account the specific nutritional, activity or other implications related to medical conditions. Rose's background in nursing allows her to perform clinical assessments of blood pressure, and glucometer measurements should that be required by your physician. For specific medical requirements a medical referral may be required. When necessary, Rose collaborates with other practitioners such as a dietitian and psychologist to provide a comprehensive integrated approach to meet your individual needs.
For Caregivers, Rose coordinates and facilitates a series of workshops in collaboration with a Social Worker and other practitioners to supply you with the information and support that is so critical at this juncture of life. She can also help you individually to develop strategies to enhance your physical, emotional and spiritual well-being.
